Since 2019, Andersen Nordic Bakery has been bringing a rare, Nordic-inspired experience to the heart of Hanoi. We believe that like sourdough, good things take time to rise. Our artisanal loaves are handcrafted using natural starters, premium flour, and a patient slow-fermentation process to achieve the perfect harmony of a crisp crust and soft, airy crumb. Inspired by Danish traditions and honest recipes, we offer a deeply layered taste experience that has won the hearts of local patrons and international guests alike.From our signature Danish Dark Rye to our small-batch homemade spreads, every detail is crafted by hand to bring you a refined and inspiring taste of the North.
