Andersen Nordic Bakery joined the festival with the Embassy of Denmark in Vietnam, bringing our bread to the Danish booth.
The festival takes place from 1 to 4 October 2026 at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in Hanoi.
Leaders visit the Embassy of Denmark booth
Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra, the Chairman of Hanoi City and other leaders visited the Embassy of Denmark booth at the festival, where Andersen’s bread was on display.

Tasting Andersen bread at the booth
Throughout the evening, visitors to the booth tasted open sandwiches on Andersen Nordic Bakery bread, served by our team.

A Nordic meeting point in Hanoi
For Andersen, bread is a way to bring people together. Our everyday work begins with our own sourdough starter, long fermentation and loaves shaped by hand. Joining the Embassy of Denmark at the festival was an opportunity to share the Nordic spirit behind our bakery beyond the shop.
Thank you for visiting
We were glad to meet familiar faces and to welcome many people discovering Andersen for the first time. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Danish booth to talk and taste our bread.
